Blueberry Parfait


1 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, divided
½ cup blueberry flax granola, divided
½ cup fresh blueberries, divided
½ of a ripe banana, divided


Assemble the parfait by placing half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass. Next add a layer of granola followed by a layer of blueberries and banana, then repeat.
