Carrot & Ginger Juice

Ingredients

1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped carrots
1 large mango peeled and chopped1 large mango peeled and chopped
1 cup chopped pineapple fresh or canned in juice1 cup chopped pineapple fresh or canned in juice
1 tsp fresh grated ginger1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/4 cup water or pineapple juice from can1/4 cup water or pineapple juice from can
1 tablespoon Nova Collagen Powder

Instructions

Blend: Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Serve: If your fruit was not cold to begin with, refrigerate the juice until chilled before serving, or serve over ice.
