Coconut Water Raspberry Popsicles

Dessert without the guilt. Try out these delicious Coconut water raspberry popsicles.

All You Need Is

1L Coconut water
Fresh or frozen raspberries, approximately a handful.
Popsicle moulds.
A scoop of Nova 100% Pure Collagen Powder


Fill coconut water into popsicle moulds; filling them up just over halfway. Place them in the freezer for 50 minutes to firm up.

In a bowl gently crush raspberries, leaving some in chunks. Add a cup or two of coconut water and up to 10g of Nova 100% Pure Collagen powder and mix together.

Top up popsicle moulds with raspberry mixture (pouring slowly), place back in the freezer for another 30 minutes or so. Add wood popsicle sticks and leave to set for 2-3 hours or overnight.

(ps. If you are not using wood sticks you can add the original popsicle handles after pouring in the raspberry mixture. For fun you could add chunks of fresh coconut as well.)
