Fresh Fruit Lollies

Healthy treats for those hot summer days spent in the sun.

Ingredients

1 cup of Fresh Fruit
1 scoop of Nova Collagen

Instructions

In a blender mix fruit and collagen.
Pour into a mould
Add sticks and place in the freezer
Freeze overnight
Remove lollies and enjoy

Tips

1. Top tasting fruit flavours

  • Pineapple
  • Watermelon
  • Orange
  • Mango

2. Fruit-Juice Lollies, for a juice like consistency add 3 ice cubes in the blender when mixing.
3. To avoid mixing flavours, rinse the blender before making your next fruit lolly.
