Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

2 bananas, peeled, and frozen (230g)
1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup milk of choice
Optional toppings:
Shredded or flaked coconut
Strawberries
Basil
Black chia seeds or white chia seeds
Sesame seeds

Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if you’re wanting a runnier consistency.
Serve into a bowl and add all the toppings!
