1 tbspn Nova Pure Hydrolysed Collagen
3 frozen Bananas
½ Cup Frozen Raspberries
1/3 Greek Yogurt
¼ almond milk or alternative milk of choice
1 Banana sliced
1 handful strawberries sliced
1 tsp Chia Seeds
Combine the bananas, raspberries in a blender and blend until well mixed.
Add in the Collagen, yogurt and Almond milk. Puree until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more Milk. If the smoothie is too thin, add more frozen bananas or berries.
Serve into two bowls and add toppings.
